Supachai Panitchpakdi, secretary-general of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, will speak on "Sufficiency economy theory and economic policy in the age of globalisation" at a seminar on June 11 organised by the National Legislative Assembly's committee on finance.

Committee chairman Sangsit Piriyarangsan said Prime Minister Surayud Chulanont and his Cabinet have been invited to attend the seminar, which is being held to mark the 60th anniversary of His Majesty the King's reign.
