Yuthasak vows to revamp security strategy
Deputy Prime Minister Yuthasak Sasiprapha Thursday vowed to revamp the security strategy in the face of changes in the world, saying his first priority is to organise a National Security Council meeting within two weeks following a long lapse.
"I am surprise upon hearing that the NSC has not convened a meeting for almost five months," he said after arriving for the first day at work.
Yuthasak said he would need time to familiarise himself with his new responsibilities overseeing seven ministries and five agencies with the focus on security affairs.
