Wall St ends lower

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down 17.10 points, or 0.13 per cent at 12,845.13

S&P 500 slipped 0.57 points, or 0.04 per cent to 1,344.33. Most S&P sectors closed lower, led by materials and financials, while energy edged higher.

The Nasdaq composite fell 3.67 points, or 0.13 per cent to 2,901.99.
