Ukrit says Constitutional Court has no authority to accept Thawil's transfer case

Dr Ukrit Mongkolnavin, chairman of the Independent National Rule of Law Commission, said Friday that Constitutional Court has no authority to accept the case against caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra related to the transfer of the National Security Council chief.

Ukrit said Yingluck and her Cabinet have already been out of office since Yingluck dissolved the House on December 9 but they simply are now acting as a caretaker administration.

Ukrit said Yingluck was also using her administrative power to transfer NSC chief Thawil Pliensri so the transfer should be regarded as interference in the affairs of permanent officials as alleged by a group of senators.
