Two injured in Pattani bomb blasts
Two soldiers were injured in Pattani on Friday morning, when the southern province became the target of two separate bomb attacks.
The first attack took place at 7.40am in Kapor district when a bomb hidden by a road exploded as a patrol car carrying six soldiers was passing. No one was injured in the blast.
Later, at 8am, two soldiers patrolling in Kok Phoe district were wounded when another bomb, also hidden by the roadside, exploded. The soldiers were part of a protection unit for teachers.
