Former deputy prime minister and foreign minister Surapong Tovichukchaikul said Monday that he would file a malfeasance lawsuit against nine Constitutional Court judges for having removed him from office.

Surapong said he would file malfeasance charge against the judges with the Criminal Court at 3 pm on Friday.
Surapong alleged that the judges had committed malfeasance by removing him from office although he was not a defendant in the case against former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra related to the transfer of National Security Council chief Thawil Pliensri.
He added that he was not given a chance by the judges to defend himself before they ruled to dismiss him from the Cabinet.
