Sukhumbhand warns floodwater may reach Victory Monument in one day
Bangkok Governor Sukhumbhand Paribatra warned Saturday that the floodwater could flow from the Lat Phrao Intersection to the Victory Monument in one day.
The governor also warned residents of four communities in Din Daeng district to be on alert.
The communities are Bang Sue Canal community, Yu Charoen housing estate, a community on Soi Inthamara 21, and Yu Charoen 3 housing estate.
