Six independent organisations ask Yingluck, Suthep name mediators

Six independent organisations are asking both caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and Suthep Thuagsuban, secretary general of the anti-government People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC), to nominate 10 persons each in hope that the matching names can act as mediators to broker negotiation between the two sides.

Leaders of the six independent organizations, namely the Election Commission, the National Human Rights Commission, the Office of the Ombudsman, the National Anti Corruption Commission, the Office of the Auditor-General, and the National Economic and Social Advisory Council hope they will get a reply from both sides within seven days.
