Red shirts surround NACC head office

Hundreds of red shirts staged a protest and surrounded the National AntiCorruption Commission (NACC) office Wednesday and camped out in a bid to prevent the NACC from pursuing corruption case related to the rice pledging scheme against caretaker Premier Yingluck Shinawatra.

The NACC scheduled Thursday for Yingluck to acknowledge her charge related to the case. But the prime minister Wednesday began her trip to the North. It is uncertain whether she will hear charges against her at the NACC today (Thursday) by herself or not.
