The first three days of the so-called seven dangerous New Year holidays saw 165 people killed and 1,782 others injured in 1,605 road accidents, the Road Safety Centre announced Sunday.

The accidents were counted from Thursday to Saturday. So far, only 20 provinces saw no one killed in road accidents during the three-day period.
