Military court extends Sombat's extension

The Military Court Monday extended the detention of red-shirt activist Sombat Boonngarmanong for 12 more days from Tuesday to July 5.

It was the second extension of the 12-day detention period.

He was taken back to the Bangkok Remand Prison immediately after the court extended his detention.

He was arrested for refusing to report to the junta as ordered and for allegedly violating the computer crime act.
