Kuala Lumpur - Prime Minister Najib Razak on Monday predicted that defending champion Spain will win the 2014 football World Cup in Brazil.

"Although I like the way Brazil play ... but I think Spain will win," state-run news agency Bernama quoted the prime minister as saying.
"England is my sentimental favourite but I don't think they will go further in this competition."
Spain won the 2010 football World Cup in South Africa.
The Spanish team, also known as La Roja, will play their opening Group B Match against Netherlands on June 13.
