Malaysian premier to visit Australia amid search for plane

Kuala Lumpur - Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak will visit Australia this week amid a multinational search for a Malaysia Airlines plane believed to have crashed in the Indian Ocean.

Najib will travel to Perth on Wednesday for a working visit to Pearce air force base, to see the operations first hand and also to thank the personnel involved in the multinational search effort, Transport Minister Hishammuddin Hussein says.
