Low savings for retirement

Thais generally start saving for retirement when they reach the age of 42 years, compared to 30 in the United States, according to a research.

The research on saving behaviour, presented at the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s today, also showed that most Thais underestimated the expenses during their retirement.
