Khmer Rouge war crimes defendant Ieng Sary dies at 87
Phnom Penh - Ieng Sary, the Khmer Rouge's former foreign minister who has been on trial at the United Nations-backed warcrimes court since 2011, died in hospital Thursday, his international defence lawyer told dpa.
