Junta's online content monitoring committee will in the next two days ask social network operators for cooperation to block Facebook pages, LINE's group chats, and YouTube clips which have inappropriate content.

The operators of the popular social networks will ask to take actions especially against the clips, pages and chat rooms deemed as insulting the King and violating national security.
The resolution came after a meeting Thursday of the committee to monitor and regulate the use of Internet and social network which was set up by Information and Communication Technology Ministry (ICT) since Tuesday under the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) order.
