Judges drop libel case against Prompong
Three judges of the Constitution Court have dropped the criminal and civil proceedings on libel charges against Pheu Thai spokesman Prompong Nopparit following a settlement, high court secretary Chavana Trimas said on Thursday.
In the out-of-court settlement, Prompong showed his remorse, admitted to have acted with a misunderstanding, formally apologised and agreed to the conditions set by the three judges, Chavana said.
