High demand for Phuket residences
Over 27,000 available residential units in Phuket are expected to be sold out in the first half of this year thanks to high demand, according to Real Estate Information Centre.
Of total, condominium units account for half.
In a study released today, it however showed concern over the luxury resort villa segment. With the much lower demand, without the launch of new unit, it should take developers to spend 29 months to find buyers for all the 520 available units, REIC said.
