Gunfire heard at Lumpini Park, panicking demonstrators

Gunfire was heard twice at the Lumpini Park Thursday, sending demonstrators to run for cover. Nobody was injured.

The gunfire was heard at 11:40 am while Suthep Thaugsuban led demonstrators to march out of the park.

Security guards believe an assailant fired from a taxi that drove past the fly-over over the Saladaeng Intersection.
