Dow ends at another high

Dow Jones closed up for 8th straight session at another new high of 14,450.06

The S&P 500 ended a 7-day winning streak on financials and technology shares, first drop in March.

Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 2.77 points at 14,450.06.

S&P 500 fell 3.74 points to 1,552.48. Among key S&P sectors, technology and financial shares fell, while telecom stocks gained slightly.

Nasdaq composite dropped 10.55 points to 3,242.32.
