Dow ends at all-time high
S&P 500 added 15 points to close at highest level since October 2007 and is now only about 2 per cent from its record closing high. All key S&P sectors ended up, led by technology and industrial shares.
Nasdaq composite surged 42.10 points, or 1.32 per cent to 3,224.13,highest level since November 2000.
