Democrat MPs to resign en masse

Democrat Party's MPs on Sunday resolved to resign en masse and will join mass rallies against the Yingluck Government on Monday.

Sathit Wongnongtoey, a core rally leader, told the cheering crowds at Rajadamnoen rally site that the decision was decided during a party meeting on Sunday.

Earlier nine Democrat MPs resigned in protest against Yingluck government, they are now leading the protests.

The announcement was made one day before Suthep Thaugsuban, a former Democrat MP, led a massive demonstration against the Yingluck government. Yingluck earlier said that she was ready to dissolve the House and host a general election.
