Democrat MP questions Nalinee's qualifications
A Democrat Party MP Thursday submitted an interpolation asking Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra to clarify the appointment of Nalinee Taveesin as a PM's Office Minister.
Bangkok MP Ratchada Thanadirek asked Yingluck to clarify whether Nalinee's appointment breached the ethic code.
Nalinee has been banned by the US Treasury Department from engaging in business transactions with US citizens on suspicion that she has been involved in business transactions with Grace Mugabe, the wife of Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe.
