Constitution court rules Bt350-bn borrowing decree constitutional
The Constitution Court Wednesday ruled that the executive decree to allow the government to borrow Bt350 billion for setting up flood prevention system is constitutional.
The Court announced all the judges ruled unanimously to endorse the decree's constitutionality.
