CMPO to ask Constitutional Court to rule on PDRC rallies

The caretaker government's Command Centre for Maintaining Peace and Order will ask the Constitutional Court if the anti-government activities are lawful and whether they should be allowed to continue if they remain peaceful.

A request would be made next week with sufficient evidence consisting of pictorial, video and audio materials along with 50 cases of documents, CMPO member Tarit Pengdith said Thursday.
