The Council of Economic Ministers on Wednesday approved the spending of Bt100 billion supplementary budget, to stiumulate the economy with the nine programmes on workers, the elderly, farmers, private companies, students, low-income workers, state agencies, salary workers and image-rehabilitation scheme.
