The Supreme Court's Election Case Division Wednesday endorsed the qualification of Adul Luangboribun, the candidate of Chart Thai Pattana Party in Uthai Thani's Constituency 1 by-election.

The court ruled that Adul met the requirement of being a member of the party 90 days before the election. The court ordered the Election Commission to announce that Adul is a valid candidate for the January 11 by-election in the province.
