New Politics is a step out of many repeating, continuing steps of political development.
19 and 20 centuries of the world had struggled to choose own, comfortable style of political system and political faiths.
Modernday of politics is Try-on-it, change it, fashion it.
Under the flag of constitutional monarchy with liberal democracy,
Thailand needs new fashion dress and shoes.
Thailand needs fashionable dress suit and large, leather, water-proof shoes as its body is an adult (except those infant olds of 70'iers of politicians).
GUIDED DEMOCRACY,
guided by WHO ???
Guidianship Democracy is a transcient developmental, empirical stage of democracy prior to the mature stage of democracy.
This is needed in those countries who has larged, uneducated population, where yet absolute poverty prevails.
Thailand has two distinguishable strata of ecomonic, political class - extremely modern citizens of capital cities and ones in absolute poverty.
Co-existance of two often fails and often contront one another (PAD vs PPP).
Guardianship Democracy requires, System of Guide and Leadership of Guidance to guide the people and improve all governing systems and
finally acquire the good citizenship free from morality hazards, visioned and targetting, implanting reform-mind, implanting new ethics and morality that will GUIDE the behavior of people.
EXAMPLE OF New Politics suitable to contemporary Thailand.
New Politics

Council of Premiers representing 6 regional and Capital city by DIRECT ELECTION.
Cabinet members from selectoral, electoral MP and from 20 % of 40 members from non-MP but professional group.
Reorganizing the organization of ministry, authority, independant agencies.
HOUSES
Lower House
in equally mixed selectoral, electoral.
Selectoral MP is by ELECTION
(cf. 300,000 teachers elect own MP via smart card embedded ID card or Teacher's card from school's card reader computer to www.thaiparliament.go.th/teachervotes)
In this website, candidates announce his her policy for vote.
This voting program is available and broadly used now.
Upper House
in equally mixed selectoral, electoral.
National security, defense and affairs of the monarchy, or specially sensitive areas are dealt by the senate.
New election laws that allow EARLY RETIREMENT of the politicians of more than 65 years of age.
JUDICIARY
To liberalize the police, the prosecution off the politicians.
To found the punishment court on Constitution court that exclusively deals the corruption, the irregulatories committed by politicians and high ranking officials and judges themselves.
Special law of the monarchy must be enacted where deals LM laws.
Present LM law must be splitted out from the civil and criminal laws of defamation of ordinary people.
LAW SYSTEM must be COMPUTERIZED, in SEARCH ENGINE PROGRAM like Google.
Any citizen can find all LAWS of DEFAMATION in whole Thai laws system by searching 'DEFAMATION" through website.

One search DEFAMATION and following laws will be shown up.
1. Civil and Criminal codes, article 121, 123, 123,
2. Constitution chapter, article 195, 286,
3. Immigration code, chapter 5, article 65, 88 (foreigner violators)
4. cases samples of court trials from the past criminal court verdicts
by this integration of all complicate laws existant, Thai laws are rewritten, improved, intetral and get rid of inconsistance.
MILITARY
National defense system is one,
National political security system is another
Two system must be commended by different organization and legal system.
to difine its role of the guardianship of the monarchy in clearer written form.
QUALIFICATION OF Primiers, ministers and high ranking officials.

Every school must open school court, jail, police, prosecution model

Thank you awatcher. The constructive forum like this is what we need. You have set the tone for the whole forum to be constructive too. Your idea of "implanting new ethics and morality that will GUIDE the behavior of people" is great and, in fact, it coincide with some Thai scholars'. Also I like you analysis that "Thailand has two distinguishable strata of ecomonic, political class - extremely modern citizens of capital cities and ones in absolute poverty. Co-existance of two often fails and often contront one another".
What 'Truth is Harsh" said is absolutely true NOW. However if we could successfully implement an idea like awatcher's, those holes would be so small that poticians would not be able to escape through. |

The price of freedom, is always high, bloodshed, death and injury.
It is not about who or what is right or wrong, but about a government, that represents and works for all the people, as best it can, free of corruption, outside influence. A government that will listen to the voices of all its people, than do what the majority determine, is the best course of action. Their is no perfect form of government, anywhere in the world. As a outsider, I respect and admire the Thai people, and hope someday, they will stand as one,
with one voice, but also allow other voices to be heard, respected, listened too. God bless your King and Queen, and may your country,

No matter how good the system is, there will be a lot of lower class people that can be bought. There will always be holes that the politician can use. No matter how we change the system, we will be stuck at square one because politicians are one of the best Social system hackers. |

Seems fine to me, besides, none of us elected the current Prime Minister anyways.
Heck, it seems this way we can get better qualified people to be assigned to the most suitable ministry rather than some " quota " system where people like Chalerm get the Ministry of Health regardless of how little they know.

Yeah great stuff Moo , heard a rumour that they had to close the "politics" down for 4 days oweing to if anyone made insulting remarks on Chuwit whilst he was running for Bkk,s big boss in Sundays elections ,the' NATIONS" editor would be forced to go 3 rounds with him. |

This sounds funny but I found Internationa schools of Thailand has this system in school and young children are practising in being,
- being a convicted,
- being a judge and group thinking and rationalizing the truth,
- being police and how to arrest the suspect,
- being a prosecutor how to protect citizen's right,
--
This is urgently, badly needed into Thai students to teach the morality and good behavior in family, school and society,,
