The new TAIT 12 prime residential condominium, being developed jointly by Raimon Land and Japanese developer Tokyo Tatemono, is set to breathe new life and inspiration into the Sathorn CBD area.

The unique design of TAIT 12 also allows for more ‘corner units,’ ensuring improved living standards that are further enhanced by the facade design and full curtain windows of the structure.
The slope line of the architecture is further amplified in the facilities zone, maintaining an exquisite balance between tropical environment and casual lifestyle, from the ground-floor lobby to the internal courtyards at the mid-building point and the panoramic functional gym, sky pool and other facilities at the top.
TAIT 12 (‘TAIT’ is an old Norse word meaning cheerful or happy) offers a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 2+1-bedroom units, with more than half being 1-bedroom units, together with a limited number of special units with garden views in the super-high zone.
Involving a total investment value approximately 4.2 billion Baht and with unit prices starting at around 7.6 million Baht, the TAIT 12 condominium is being developed by Raimon Land in partnership with Tokyo Tatemono, the oldest real estate development company listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange. The alliance will result in mutual benefits on several levels for each of the venture partners and several more projects are expected to be undertaken in the years ahead.
