LH Bank embraces a new look, expecting to build winning touch point under “mark Symbolic of CHANGE” project

LH Bank is embracing a new look, launching the “mark Symbolic of CHANGE” project under “We Are Family” concept that underpins prudence, warmth and friendliness. The concept will be first revealed at the 2 outlets at Paradise Park Srinakarin and Terminal 21 Pattaya.

Sasithorn Phongsathorn (Chatsirivichaikul), Chief Executive Officer and President of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited (LH Bank), stressed that the bank has aggressively promoted its wealth management, digital banking and trade finance services through collaboration with CTBC Bank, its business partner that has expertise in these services. 

CTBC Bank is the largest private bank in Taiwan with assets worth over Baht 6 trillion and baht 4.2 trillion of the third quarter of 2018, respectively CTBC Bank has been expertised for wealth management, digital banking and trade finance services. The collaboration combines the two banks’ synergies and strengthens competitiveness, which will enhance Land and Houses Financial Group as the international standard and respond the client needs.

In the past year, Land and Houses Financial Group has witnessed improvement in several dimensions from technology advance for greater convenience by develop the new products that meet customer demand and lifestyles such as securities trading, funding trading and new account opening via the LH Bank M Choice application. 

In the first quarter of 2019, LH Bank will the unveil new services including trade finance and E-Wallet payment via QR Code etc.

Implemented under the “We Are Family” concept, the change will maintain our prudence, warmth and friendliness. For greater privacy, we expanded the Private Zone and Private Room for support the customers privacy. The Bank improved the new format are located at Paradise Park Srinakarin and Terminal 21 Pattaya. The new format will be gradually expanded to serve clients in other areas.

This marks is the beginning of changes as we are striving to move forward, to offer integrated financial services that meet international standards and address the demand of all customer segments under the “We are Family” slogan, Mrs. Sasithorn said

“Though commercial banks tend to reduce the number of branches, LH Bank viewed that branches remain a key venue to offer clients consultation, although the branches cannot offered the digital banking channel. We thus adjusted the service process, turning branches to financial advisors which can give financial advice to clients regarding funding and securities investment so that they can receive satisfactory returns. In addition, our staff also received additional training for better services. The new look is expected to strengthen the Land and Houses Financial Group and clients, which will solidify our client base. It is one of key tools in expanding our client base, to pave way for solid growth in the long run,: Sasithorn concluded.
