Allianz General Insurance and Kaidee Join Forces Creating a Dynamic, Seamless Customer Experience

In early August 2018, Allianz General Insurance PCL. (Allianz) and Kaidee signed a 3-year cooperative agreement to offer Allianz insurance products through Kaidee, Thailand’s largest online marketplace.  In the initial stage, 4 insurance products will be featured; Car, Home and Content, Travel,and Personal Accident.

Consistent with the consumer trend to buy online, for ease and simplicity,customers will find reminders of the insurance products’ features and availability in close proximity to the related type of items for sale.  For example, information on car insurance will be found in the automotive section providing the customer with a new, seamless, uninterrupted shopping experience. For Allianz and Kaidee, it is a perfect partnership.

Ms.Sirinthip Chotithamaporn,AllianzPresident and CEO, revealed that the partnership represents an ideal combination of the convenience of the digital age andthe consumers’ desire for personalized products and services. Further, she observed that for the first timea customer can choose the insurance plan that best suits their needs for peace of mind when shopping online.
