Chelsea FC arrives in Bangkok
Chelsea Football Club's full squad arrived at Suvanabhumi Airport at 11.05 today ahead of their Coke Super Cup tie against the Thai Premier League All-Stars on Sunday.
The airport's VIP area was packed with Chelsea fans, eager to catch a glimpse of their football idols. Fans cheered and screamed the names of familiar faces such as John Terry, Fernando Torres, and Frank Lampard as they entered the bus. The fans were particularly pleased to see club captain John Terry in the flesh who responded to cheers by taking a photo of the fans with his mobile phone.After arriving, the players travelled to the Shangri La Hotel where they will be staying for the weekend.Newly appointed manager Andres Villa-Boas and Didier Drogba will head to Siriraj Hospital later today to sign the well-wisher's book for His Majesty's quick recovery.Chelsea FC will train tomorrow at 7pm at the Rachamangala Stadium.
