NEW TAKE-OFFS

Sukhumvit condo launched

Asian Property Development has introduced its latest condominium project, Rhythm Sukhumvit 44/1, under the concept "eco chic living".

The project, to be built on three rai of land, will have 486 units at a starting price of Bt113,000 per square metre. There will be four types of units: one bedroom, duplex, two bedrooms and one bathroom and two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The project, which will be complete in 2013, is financed by a Bt1.07-billion project loan from Kasikornbank.

Lat Phrao high rise

Dalvey Place, a Thai-Singaporean joint venture, will launch its Haus 23 Ratchada-Lat Phrao condominium project this month, following the successful launch of three earlier condominiums.

Located 190 metres from the subway's Lat Phrao station, the Bt900-million project features 236 residential units with prices starting from Bt2 million for fully-furnished units.

"Condominium buyers currently look for units along the Skytrain and subway lines to serve their urban lifestyles, either for residential or investment purposes. As prices of condominiums in downtown areas such as Silom, Sathorn and Sukhumvit have risen significantly, they are turning to the Ratchada-Lat Phrao area. However, they still need convenient transportation, and the Haus 23 project is there to meet their demand," said Dalvey Place's business development manager Noel Goh.

The 27-storey condominium will have units ranging in size from 24 to 56.5 square metres.

The Connect

Pruksa Real Estate has introduced its latest townhouse projects, called The Connect, at three locations: Watcharapol, Onnuj and Suksawad 26.

The Connect projects feature two-storey townhouses designed in modern style with floor space between 100 and 119 square metres and offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The starting price is Bt1.65 million per unit.

The Terrace

Land & Houses has launched its latest twinhouse project, The Terrace Phetkasem 63, with starting prices of Bt3.49 million.

The residences have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and are built on 35-square-wah (140 square metre) land plots. The project has 105 units and the developer has already sold about half of them.
