Cool townhouses

Asian Property Development has introduced its latest townhouse developments under The Pleno brand, with a "cool residence" concept.

As well as being designed with concern for their environment, the new townhouses will offer high 2.8-metre ceilings, precast-concrete construction and insulated roofs.

The projects are in three locations: Rama V-Pinklao, Ekachai-Kanchanaphisek and Suksawad 30. The starting price for the townhouse units is Bt1.89 million. The units all have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and are designed in modern contemporary architectural style to suit the tastes of younger-generation buyers.

The projects were launched in May, and at least half of the units have already been sold. The combined market value of the three projects is Bt3.4 billion.

Asia Property Development expects total revenue of Bt1.5 billion from The Pleno brand townhouses in various locations this year. It is aiming for total revenue of Bt10 billion in 2011.
