Bank of Ayudhya provides Bt2.2bn project loan to Property Perfect Bank of Ayudhya has provided a project loan of Bt2.26 billion to Property Perfect to develop four housing projects.
Two of them are for sale to homebuyers - Metro Sky Sukhumvit condominiums and Perfect Place Ratanathibeth, which consists of detached houses - and two apartment buildings - Uniloft Saraya and Uniloft Chiang Mai.
Ecomarine stake increased
Asian Marine Services has increased its investment in Ecomarine Co after Ecomarine raised its capital by Bt12 million to mobilise funds for working capital and business expansion.
Asian Marine's stake in Ecomarine has increased from 80 per cent to 93 per cent, as one of the shareฌholders - Globelco of Italy - did not subscribe to the new shares.
Sansiri debentures
Sansiri will raise Bt1 billion by issuing fiveyear debenฌtures from July 1820 through Siam Commercial Bank branches.
The funds will be used to expand its property develฌopment and increase the working capital, said Sansiri president Srettha Thavisin.
The debentures offer a 5.40percent interest rate in the first three years and 6 per cent in the last two years. Minimum investment is Bt100,000.
Hotel renovation
Siam@Siam Design Hotel and Spa is going for a renovation as it prepares to celebrate its fourth anniversary.
With a budget of Bt40 million, the hotel is introducฌing more colours and designs to please its overseas repeat customers, managing director Kla Kitchakarn said. All 203 rooms will be carpeted or decorated with wooden tiles, and the lobby will be turned into a theatre.
Printer, ink firms merge
Zemasch Corporation, a leading manufacturer and disฌtributor of printers and printing equipment under the Comex brand, has spent Bt50 million on merging with Full Colour International, a distributor of printing ink and accessories for all types of printers under the Free Jet brand. The merger will help expand its market base by consolidating all of its subsidiaries doing the same kind of businesses to prepare for listing ln the Stock Exchange of Thailand early next year.
CEO Pirasak Thongnarin said Zemasch Corp had invested in Vietnam by setting up a joint venture - Binh Lan Doi Mot - to distribute printers and printingequipment products in Vietnam.
"We expect the group's revenue this year will be not less than Bt800 million, up from Bt600 million last year. Of the total, Bt400 million will be printingink sales and the remainder will be computer and digital accessories and laser printers," he said. - The Nation
