SEC drafts rules on director qualifications
The Securities and Exchange Commission is open for public opinions over the plan to issue regulations to govern the qualifications of directors and executives of listed companies and others which are offering securities to the public.
The draft regulation is now on www.sec.or.th and opinions are welcomed until end-2009.
