
Suthi Atchasai, leader of the network of the Eastern people of which moves against government agencies led to the injunction, said the ruling should be announced at 1pm tomorrow.
"I can't imagine how the ruling would be. The court should rule in accordance with the Constitution's Article 67 (2) (which requires the health impact assessment). If the court rules in favour of the defendants, the network will promptly issue a statement," he said.
Due to the injunction, the 76 projects with combined investment of nearly Bt400 billion are put on hold.
