Suthep said that if the red shirts cause any chaos during their marches, the government would consider extending the ISA to other areas.
He added that he would consider intelligence reports before he decides on whether to impose the ISA in Chiang Mai, where Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva is scheduled to visit on Sunday.
