Major sells stake in California WOW
Major Cineplex Group has unloaded its 17.79-per-cent equity in California WOW Experience for Bt39.62 million, given a balance of 19 per cent.
The transactions were made twice - first on November 11 with 3.3 per cent and the second on November 11 with 11.2 per cent - according to the company's reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). After this, Major Cineplex Group holds 57 million shares or 19 per cent stake in California Wow.
This reduces its holding in California Wow stake to 19 per cent.
