BoI opens new service centre on Monday
The Board of Investment (BoI) will inaugurate Thailand's first-ever One Start One Stop Investment Centre (OSOS) on Monday.
The idea of a one-stop centre has been raised several times by foreign investors through the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce with the purpose of cutting down duplicate procedures and red tape.
BoI secretary-general Atchaka Sibunruang Brimble said there would be 21 government agencies serving investors at the OSOS, which would cover the approval of all licences and BOI applications for tax incentives.
