T Park Logistics Property Fund launched

Managing director Worawan Tharapoom believed that the fund would attract buyers due to the location of the underlying assets two warehouses, one each in Ticon Logistics Park in Ayutthaya and T Park Bangna with combined value of Bt1.533 billion.

"The assets are in major industrial zones and near the main transportation networks. Moreover, the warehouses are new and fit customers' demand. This fund is generating constant returns, which are higher than those of debentures," Worawan said.

Minimum subscription is Bt10,000, for the Bt10apiece unit trusts.
