The projects are the Bt3.6-billion Lumpini Park Pinklao and the
Bt1.3-billion Lumpini Ville Lat Phrao-Chokchai 4.
He said the company would introduce both projects on
Saturday in a bid to drive the company's total presales to Bt10 bil
lion this year.
Presales of Bt3 billion are expected this weekend.
"We're launching these in the Pinklao area and in Lat Phrao Soi
Chokchai 4 because we've seen strong demand there,"
Tikhamporn said.
He said Lumpini Park Pinklao would consist of two buildings
with a combined 2,700 units starting at Bt1.1 million each.
This is LPN's fourth project at this location. The company sold
all 3,000 units in the first three projects.
Construction will start at year-end for completion in the first
half of 2011.
Prices for units in the other Pinklao projects have increased 30-
40 per cent a year, illustrating the strong demand for condos in
this location, Tikhamporn said.
Lat Phrao Soi Chokchai 4 also is also one of the best locations
in Bangkok, one with strong demand. The Lumpini Ville project
here will consist of two buildings with a combined 1,020 units.
Construction will start at year-end for completion in January 2011.
