Oriental Residence half sold
Thai Contractors Asset, developer of the luxury Oriental Residence on Wireless Road, has sold half of the 44 units and expects to achieve 70-per-cent sales this year.
Managing director Valaithip Charanachitta said the sales reflected substantial demand for luxury condominiums that fit the modern lifestyle of businessmen and other white-collar groups. The units are priced at Bt160,000 a square metre.
The project's grand opening ends tomorrow.
