Pibhop Dhongchai, a PAD leader, said his group had submitted 11 documents detailing agreements signed between Thailand and Cambodia since the reign of King Rama V.
The group has also proposed that the government review eight issues that put the country at a disadvantage due to certain pacts signed by previous governments.
"We urge the government to correct mistakes made by several previous governments, because its main duty is to uphold the country's interests," he said.
Panthep Puapongpan, another PAD leader, said the two main requests were to revoke the map and push Cambodian soldiers off Thai soil.
He said Abhisit had assured everybody that Thailand would stick with the 1904 treaty and that Cambodia has to accept the watershed line for boundary demarcation.
Panthep added that the government would review all previous and yet-to-be-signed pacts with Cambodia tomorrow. He added that the PAD lauded the government's courage and stood by its decision to downgrade ties with the neighbouring country.
Meanwhile, Pibhop commended Abhisit for vowing that the government would be careful to not hurt relations or make any moves that cast a negative light on the country in the eyes of the world community.
PAD co-ordinator Suriyasai Katasila dismissed reports that the PAD was planning a rally outside the Cambodian embassy in Bangkok.
