 The 8-member screening committee will review projects proposed by the province, and it is expected that within 3 months, the condition would be improved.

 While in Rayong, Korbsak said he would return to the province in the next two weeks. He said the government has approved the budget to address the waste problem, while additional budget will be approved to tackle the waste water problem.

 "I'm confident that we could quickly see what we want, not having to wait for a year. When troubles are eased, we then can stop further damage. The government is ready to approve budgets speedily."
