SC Asset project sells well

In another sign that the residential property market is recovering, SC Asset Corp has already sold 10 units at its Bangkok Boulevard at Kaset-Navamintra project, a luxury three-storey detached-housing complex launched last week.

Located on an 18-rai plot on Ladplakao Road, Bangkok Boulevard at Kaset-Navamintra has a combined value of Bt740 million.

According to SC Asset, the project is based on a "modern city resort" concept designed to allow its urban residents to stay in touch with nature. The project comprises 74 units, starting at Bt10.9 million.

Each detached house has four bedrooms, five restrooms, a "green room" and a family room.

SC Asset is touting the project's prime location, which is right on Ladplakao Road, a main thoroughfare, and close to various major arteries including Ram-Indra, Kaset-Navamindra and Phaholyothin. It is fully equipped with basic facilities and infrastructure, including swimming pool, Wi-Fi and fitness centre, and a "triple security" system, said the firm.

Chief operating officer Kree Dejchai said the project is aimed at families, with special care being taken at the design stage to utilise space to serve all generations.

Before designing the project, Kree said, SC Asset surveyed the demand for residences in this location, and found that most home-buyers wanted detached houses but did not have the budget for large single houses.

As a result, the company came up with three-storey detached houses on plots of between 50 and 55 square wah.

The units also include outdoor space for home-owners who like to garden, SC Asset said.
