
As a result the company reported total revenue of Bt6.45 billion and net profit of Bt1.16 billion in the first nine months of the year, increases of 12.2 per cent and 19.91 per cent from the same period last year.
Managing director Opas Sripayak said that the growth in the third quarter was largely due to completing and transferring to customer the units in Lumpini Ville Ramkhamhaeng 26.
Two projects together worth Bt1.74 billion - Lumpini Place Rama 8 and Lumpini Place Ram Indra-Laksi - are expected to be completed and transferred to customers in the last two months of the year.
Opas said that total revenue for the year would achieve the target of Bt8 billion.
The company also plans to launch two new residential projects - at Pinkloe and Lat Phrao-Choke Chai - with a total of 3,000 units worth Bt4.9 billion.
