Marketing manager Patcharichaya Promsook said
the delivery service had been available since the begin
ning of the month at all Pepper Lunch branches, name
ly Central Bang Na, CentralWorld, Chamchuri Square
and MBK shopping centre.
"This is the primary stage before we initiate home-
delivery services in the near future," she said.
Patcharichaya said one of the key benefits of this new
service was that Pepper Lunch restaurants were all
located near office buildings.
"Our new service will increase dining opportunities
for office-going people, who are within a 1-kilometre
radius of our restaurants," she explained.
Pepper Lunch has positioned itself as a restaurant
serving steaks on hot plates heated up to 260-degrees
Celsius, which keep meals hot for as long as 20 min
utes.
"As for home delivery, we want to start the service
in the small scope of nearby office buildings, so we are
able to control the quality of our product," Patcharichaya
said.
She added that the company was also planning to
adjust its menu and include rice bowls as well as bento
sets in order to cope with office delivery or even home
delivery.
CRG is also planning to open two new Pepper Lunch
outlets next year, including one at Siam Square Soi 4.
"We are looking to see if we can launch Pepper Lunch
restaurants in a new compact format that allows eas
ier and more convenient access to individual customers,
particularly in terms of ordering," Patcharichaya said.
The latest dishes being offered at Pepper Lunch include the Eggtra Steak and Grill menu, under which beef, chicken, pork and salmon steaks are served with a fried egg. The dishes start at Bt99 and the promotion will run from November 16 to December 18.
