Thai exports target 10 island destinations
Thai goods including rice, necessary goods, spa, restuarants and massages have great export potential to popular 10 island tourist destinations.
The islands are the Bahamas, St. Lucia, Martinique, Jamaica, Grenada, Dominican Republic, British Virgin, Barbedos, Aruba, Antigua and Babuda. The islands are popular among tourists from the US, Cananda, the UK, Germany and France.
Commerce Minister Porntiva Nakasai had ordered Export Promotion Department to survey potential export goods to those islands, saying that those well-known islands will create great export opportunity for Thai goods.
