The project will consist of three eight-storey buildings and offer 344 studio-type units with floor space of 28.5 square metres starting at Bt799,000 a unit.

The Tree at Lat Phrao will be located between Wanghin Sois 12 and 14.

The project has been designed in modern contemporary style, with a focus on functionality, to serve a city lifestyle.

Interior design will separate the studio units into a living area, a kitchen area and a relaxation space. Despite their small floor space, the units have been designed for younger-generation owners who are starting work and need a home close to transport.

Before the project's grand opening at the end of this month, the company is offering a special promotion worth Bt30,000 that includes air-conditioning, a kitchen and wallpaper, to customers booking units between now and November 21.

Construction will start next March and be completed in December 2011. The developer is now applying for construction licence.
